The Westbound vessel tracking system will be undergoing an upgrade as we transition to a new software provider. During this changeover, there may be a temporary pause of approximately 1–2 weeks where vessels will not be visible on the live tracking map within Webtrack.
This short interruption is necessary to ensure a smooth migration to our new system. Once completed, you will benefit from a significantly enhanced platform offering:
- Greater precision and reliability in vessel positions.
- Advanced gate in/out data to keep you updated on cargo movements beyond port arrival.
- Free time analysis tools to help you plan more efficiently and reduce unnecessary costs.
Please note all other Westbound Hub functions will continue to work as normal during the upgrade phase, including text based information on shipments and reports.
We understand how important visibility is to your operations, and our team will remain available throughout this period to provide updates and support. Should you require specific vessel information while the map is offline, our customer service team will be happy to assist directly.
We appreciate your patience as we make this exciting upgrade, which will enable us to deliver even greater value and service to your business.
