We’re expanding!
Due to continued growth at our 3PL site in Cerritos, Los Angeles, we have taken on a new larger facility nearby!
In order for our own Westbound ground staff to operate in the same place, to handle ALL Westbound clientele’s products, we will not keep eCommerce stock in two places, so we are transferring all eCommerce stock to the new site.
With immediate effect, all deliveries ‘inbound’ and all ‘returns’ should be sent to the new address.
From the 23rd of September onwards, all collections (SPD, Own pick up etc) should be arranged from the new address only.
For eCommerce customers (Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magenta, Walmart, eBay) please adjust any 3rd party pick up addresses with SPD, Seller Central and couriers and alike.

How will this affect things?
Except for needing to change the address in your databases, in particular, to handle any new pick ups which you arrange or, have returns called off, nothing will change. It’s the same setup, the same staff, the same system, and the same software. We have simply upsized to house more of your cargo, based on your growing success and Amazon’s restrictions on inventory limits.
