Today is Finalist Announcement Day for the BIFA (British International Freight Association) Awards 2022, and Westbound are delighted to have made the grade.
We have been confirmed as finalists in the European Logistics category, which is a recognised achievement by itself. However, the winner will be announced in January, in a glittering award ceremony at ‘The Brewery’ in London.
The BIFA Awards competition is now in its 34th year and the event is recognised as one of the most prestigious in the industry.
The competition rewards high standards and professionalism, representing the ultimate recognition of special achievements in different sectors of the industry.
The judges recognised the achievements of Westbound in the European logistics market during the past twelve months.
During that period, we have continued to develop our European network, products, and team, to elevate our position in the market. Thanks to our valued customers this provided us with volumes and growth that surpassed our own expectations.
Of course, we would be delighted to win the category and we have everything crossed for January. In the meantime, the team feel privileged just to be recognised with a ‘Finalist Award’ and would like to thank everybody involved.
