James, Sam, Tom, Lauren, Victoria, Adam & Scott will be tackling The Three Peaks Challenge in 24 hours, on 18th-19th June 2022 to raise money for Cancer Research UK, Mind, and Crohn’s & Colitis UK.

We range in ages from 50 odd to 19. Most of us work together, but all in all we are just good friends looking to take on a challenge for good causes. If nothing else it will be good fun!

The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft), approximately 60,000 steps.

The peaks we will be tackling are:

  • Snowdon, in Wales (1085m)
  • Scafell Pike, in England (978m)
  • Ben Nevis, in Scotland (1345m)

Each mountain is the tallest mountain within their representative country: Scafell Pike is the tallest in England; Snowdon, the tallest in Wales and Ben Nevis the tallest in Scotland.
