Collections for Amazon FBA (Fulfilment By Amazon) orders in the Vancouver region are currently being refused by nominated carrier UPS.

UPS depots are either not turning up to collect, or are not accepting any Amazon related orders when they do. It is our understanding that UPS may be prioritising other business due to very high demand at the moment. 

The entire region has been a hotspot for transport and logistics congestion and delays since the storms that led to landslides and major infrastructure damage last year.

Our Vancouver fulfilment team are currently suggesting that customers consider arranging collections with Fedex until the issues are resolved, even though this may involve additional costs.
