A special note for Canadian fulfilment and Amazon customers.
We are currently experiencing delays in UPS collections in the Vancouver area for FBA shipments, which we are being told is due to UPS warehouses being full to capacity in the region.
In fact, at times they are unable to collect consignments at all from our Vancouver facility. Although this is currently NOT impacting other regions or US facilities.
Where possible, we are currently looking at alternative routings including the use of other mainstream couriers or LTL services, which may impact the cost.
For customers that arrange their own transport services with UPS, we will need to know your requirements.
