We are pleased to introduce ourselves as the Fulfilment team that will handle any warehousing and storage requirements for you once your goods have been checked in to our ES Fulfilment warehouse.

IMPORTANT NOTES when completing SKU sheet:

Please could you complete and return the attached SKU upload sheet & Carton upload form – these forms are essential for loading your goods accurately into our warehouse management system and ensuring accuracy when picking and dispatching orders and calculating charges.

Once SKU details have been input into the system, we can ensure that goods are correctly checked into stock when your shipment arrives. We will confirm once the goods have arrived and been checked into the warehouse and let you know that any orders can now be processed. Please note that costs incurred due to delays to container unpacking or container demurrage being incurred because of late receipt of SKU info/confirmation of shipment details from you will be passed on to your account.
Our ES fulfilment warehouse operates with a modern Warehouse Management System to ensure your goods are stored effectively and can be identified at any point during the supply chain. Please ensure that your suppliers create and clearly marks cartons with QR codes & SKUs prior to shipping. These QR codes will need to match the information input into our SKU sheet /Carton Sheet and uploaded to our warehousing system to assist with checking goods in and processing orders without any delays or errors. This also ensures that items can be picked without any issues in the event of any problems with the WMS.

Marks must consist of the following information:

  • QR Code (UPC Number)
  • SKU Name
  • SKU Description
  • Number Of Units Per Carton

When placing orders with your supplier, please insist that all cartons are single SKU cartons only. This means that each carton should contain only one type of product SKU and not multiple SKUs. This request is essential for efficient inventory management and order processing in our warehouse. Thank you for your cooperation.

QR codes & SKUs

Should cartons not be clearly marked with QR codes & SKUs this will need to be arranged upon receipt of goods at the warehouse and labour fees will be charged for this at a rate of £0.80 per label plus a special labour fee per hour. It is a requirement that cartons must include QR Codes in addition to SKUs so that we can scan your goods for maximum picking efficiency and stock control.

If you don’t have a UPC number, you can use a random number generator or you can use a preferred barcode provider in the link below but these details must be shared with your supplier who can then pre-label your cargo prior to shipping to one of our warehouses as well as Westbound operations team.

Any orders, pick info, delivery requests or re-working instructions can be sent to the ES3PL email address to be actioned. In regard to arranging for goods to be sent into Amazon please arrange the shipping plan in your Amazon seller account and send over the carton labels (and pallet labels if required). If goods are to be sent SPD then UPS labels & collection can be arranged by you in your Amazon account and sent over to us. We will then arrange for goods to be picked and labelled ready to be collected. If goods are to be sent LTL we will pick and label cartons and then confirm pallet count for you, so that you can then issue pallet labels. You then have the option to arrange collection with Amazon Partner Carrier in your seller account or ask us to arrange delivery into Amazon on your behalf.

Please be advised that we currently operate a 2-day turnaround on SPD / UPS orders and 3 days on LTL orders.

Please note that you will receive a monthly invoice at the end of each month covering storage for the month and charges for any picks or deliveries that have been arranged for you within that month. Our bank details can be found on our invoice under the Westbound details and will be required to be paid as per your agreed account terms.
