• I am duly authorised by the applicant business to enter into this agreement on its behalf. We agree that payment of your invoices will be made strictly in accordance with the credit terms stated thereon and in line with terms and conditions set out within our network membership. We recognise that if payment of your invoices is not made by the due date for payment, it may result in the matter being referred to the Credit Protection Association, Freight Deadbeats or a debt collection agency of your choice for recovery of the invoice debt & be further elevated to the associated network of which we are members; in the case of referral to the CPA (where the term CPA is used this can also mean a debt collection agency), we hereby agree to indemnify you against any additional costs you incur in the pursuit of the debt including CPA’s current applicable fees for writing to us, any commission payable by you to CPA, all reasonable incidental costs of recovering the debt and interest as applicable.

• We/I understand that as joint members of the agent network we are governed by the terms & conditions of the relevant networks Financial Protection Plan in relation to legitimate non-payment or claims against fellow members and that we adhere to the associated networks terms & conditions when conducting freight activities with fellow members.

• We/I will understand that as a part of your assessment of us in the granting of credit, you will send details of our application to the Credit Protection Association plc. who will search databases to which it has access. It may also search a credit reference agency for information relating to us (and in the case of a non-limited business, also relating to the proprietors). Please note details of this search will be recorded under the name of Credit Protection Association plc.

In consideration of your company agreeing to supply services to the applicant company on credit, we the undersigned (or signed on behalf by authorised staff) being owners/directors of the applicant company jointly and severally guarantee payment of all financial obligations to Westbound Logistics Services Ltd and it’s subsidiaries and successors including financial obligations arising from increase in the credit limit granted by Westbound Logistics Services Ltd or subsidiaries and successors from time to time following review of the applicant’s account.

• We/I authorise our bankers to provide an opinion as to our suitability for the requested account.

• We/I have read and acknowledge Westbound Logistics Services Ltd trade under BIFA terms and conditions as enclosed.
